Thanks Guys,I sanded the trim off the drivers door and drilled the holes.I don't have a drill small enough so I cut the head off a tinny pin, wrapped tape around it so it would fit in my rotary drill.I used tape as a strait edge and drilled the holes,it worked great.I ground some of the plastic off the inside of the door to thin it out so I could heat it and dent it.Thinning the plastic makes it easier to dent .Long way to go...

I added rust holes and sprayed it flat red.I brushed the Iron Metallic Surfacer on,now I need to apply rubber cement where I want the paint to lift.Still thinking of the color I wan't.

That's a really neat idea about the dent. That's one of the more realistic dents I've ever seen.

The passenger side looks to straight. How about a big dent in the front fender and a headlight hanging out by the wires.

Thanks Guys,I added a few small dent's but I really wanted to rust it more than dent it.I'm not real happy with the way it is rusting, some areas are not rusting.I'm going to reapply the rusting products and see what happens. Here is how it looks so far.
