Struggling thru a very physically uncomfortable week, and fighting the assembly of the front end, I went to bed Monday night with every intention of pulling my nice Hemi out and introducing the MPC portion of this thing, suddenly, to the far wall of the shop. But, I didn't. I'll just live with it. I will have to redo the hood, though.

Excellent, you don't need no steenking hood mon, let the details show a while. Very nice, great paint and great details. Ahem... Is the double engine dragster next ? Someone did some cool imagineering to build it.

Thanks, Bob. I'm planning on redoing the hood anyway. Mostly because I have put some work in it making the cut out. Open? yeah, I'm rather proud of my engine.
I found another foto of the double engine fueler this morning, and that kkind of temped me to give it another shot. I'll be building it over at Skid's place. skidsplace.forumotion.co/t1820-dual-engine-fueler

Just a little add on to show that I actually did fix and repaint the hood. I think with a better set of front wheels, this wouldn't look so tacky!
