This one's just too nutty to be a 'plain old rat rod'!

And here's the drawing I started with as a guide...

The skinny- Lincoln MEL engine, Jimmy Flintstone center door sedan body, '41 Lincoln rear rollers, and a wicked mess of scratchbuilt and 'found objects' all thrown in a rusty, crusty pile!
