Last night's graduation ceremony ordeal is over. The out-of-state family and kids are cavorting over at Daytona Beach and I am able to model today. Got the thing up on wheels, Making progress and will probably get close to finish this afternoon, because most of the little stuff is done and ready to install ;D Suspect the rest of the week will be major partying as more out-of-state family arrive.

Looks good Clay. This build reminds me of a tractor puller. Must be the Big slicks and the heavy duty frame rails. That's not said in a bad way.

I think I mentioned earlier in the build, Buck, that those rails may have come from a puller (Orange Blossom) that a friend gave me some parts he didn't use for the monster truck he built out of the kit. Got in some good bench time the last coupla days, and got it wrapped up before the big weekend. Naming it HUF n PUF Heading it to the finished section.

I suppose it could be done. Those heads with the plugs mounted so high up. Induction appears normal, just the exhaust is reversed, it would seem. It's a very clean job and shows what can be done. It's my guess engine breathing wouldn't be terribly efficient though. Thanks for a beautiful foto of a very weird flathead.

Yeh .... the flattie has the exhaust ports on the lower side of the block, but did plate mine off on the Ardun motor.
