Well, paint is not goint all that well. I have a red basecoat on, but I tried using friskit to mask ghost flames and that wasn't working. So I had to sand and remove some knife cuts on the hood and then, repaint the red on the hood. Next attempt will be using some liquid mask. I will have to use Grumbacher because the brand that Micro mark sells is a Blankity blank to remove.

Mask rinsed right off. Does't look too bad. So I cleared it ;D Larry says his flames are noticable only in the sun. They were sprayed on top of the red in pearl. I didn't get the degree of transparency I would have liked but I'm close, and Larry will have to live with it. He was pretty nocholant about me getting it exact, so he'll probably be OK with this. I used some really thin 98ยข Folk Art acrylic (1642 silver sterling) Wet sand and final clear and I can start getting this puppy together. in the shade in the sun
