Nearing the completion of a build, there ain't much building left, just assembling. So that means waiting for adhesives to dry. I looked over the leftovers of the T kit. I had robbed it of the coupe engine and body parts for the dio, and the blown Lincoln engine for the '60. I have no body, so that means I may have to scratch a cowl again. I found an unbuilt Chevy 6 in my junk, so I'll use that for power. We'll see what I end up with. src="http://images16.fotki.com/v387/photos/4/504634/11699982/roadsterparts1-vi.jpg[/img] Drive train pretty much set up. Need to shorten the drive shaft. Guess this'll be a little short runabout of some sort.

I really like your work and the more challenging, the better the builds seem to be. Good luck and remember to plana head, er, something like that.

Engine location set and suspension mounted. She's a roller, now. Detailed the intake some and set it up for velocity stacks. And today, I went old school and blocked the exhaust manifold and welded on dual pipes.

Interested to see which body you pick:) Me too. Dog. I may scratch something that will look home made. We'll see. I have a 29 Woodie and a 30 sedan kit, but I'm reluctant to rob from them.

Sometimes ignorance is so noticable, it can't be overridden by the 'imagineering' cop-out. I had glued the front of the engine on upside down (pretty darn well,if I may say so). So, it had to be removed and redone ! Not a lot of damage ! Also, this morning, I wired the magneto/plugs, installed front brake lines, and fit the radiator and shell. Was glad to see I still had room for a fan ! Yay! I didn't have any more elec fans!

I'm in the middle of scratchbuilding a cowl. Willl post fotos later. Meantime I discovered an old vintage seat pan and a barrel. Perfect !!! I lowered the bottom of the seat(pan) and have it mached to the floor pan's kickup I'm building a 'bed' using a piece of scribed basswood for the floor and modifying some plastic wood planks from some old pickup. Mocked here.

I'll catch up on what I have been doing for a cowl. First, I made the two ends, kinda going off the one in the background that I didn't want to rob from the kit it was in. Next, I started filling between them with styrene pieces. Bondo is my friend. Here, I have cut out the interior side and am fitting a dash. Mockup. Attached to the floor pan. I definitely have to get that bed mounted lower !

Today, I wanted to see if I could do anything interesting with these lamps. Yeah, this'll work I also made up some windshield mounts from styrene angle.
