Starting out gathering parts from the salvage yard.
I'll use this old Latham blower setup.
Making some headers.
Putting some tubs on the Impala floor pan.
Framing the rear.
Dropping the front end by raising the spindles.
Checking the stance.
Detailing the engine.
Cutting out the rear seat.
Getting the engine ready.
OOps, have to make some adjustments to the front end!
Back on track, installing the engine.
Installing the interior.
Making a wide hood scoop.
'Welding' the scoop onto the hood.
Painting the body trim.
Thinking about that fugly hood scoop.
Hinging the trunk lid.
Finish fotos. Fugly hood scoop will be trashed and an opening cut in the hood with an 'acetylene torch'
Fixing the floor board.
'Torching' the hood opening.
