First of all, this forum has a very active diorama section. Other catagories have fairly normal to weak participation. The big thing here that I would like to call your attention to, is the contest that just ended. I have supplied a link below. This contest had a substantial cash prize and attracted some extremely talented modelers. The subject was '29-'62 rat rods, hot rods, or customs. no GLOSSY paint allowed s13.zetaboards.com/B_n_B_Auto_Builders/forum/3004734/ I have been following most of the required WIPs and some of the ideas and techniques have been knocking my socks off. This forum is particularly hard for me (dialup) because it is fairly slow loading. But the content is well worth the wait!

Jody, that's one of the handfull of forums I belong to. John Reid, who posts in the diorama section has a long string of threads on his WWI airplanes and hanger dioramas. They're museum pieces and exquisite! This alone is worth the time of being a member. His photography and presentation are unmatched.

Not too sure Jody. I probably have read it at some time in his posts. His current thread is over 150 posts long. You can probably get an idea of his work in the fotobucket link he posts: s6.photobucket.com/albums/y250/JohnReid/
