55 Chev on a diet reborn

This original model had a shelf fall on it and it was stored away for a bit.

I lucked into a resin 'Doomsday" engine, so the old ruined sectioned Chev was picked for a rework.

A heavy strip job was necessary.


This time around, the trunk lid was opened.

Some big meat and a heavy rear end to convert to a pro-streeter.

A new rear clip to hang it on.

Roll bar and tubbed.


The 'Doomsday engine' built.

Making a hood scoop.



Paint.


Tow bars.

Reborn finished.
