Getting along with a little better sense of direction, it was obvious I had to lenghten the frame. About 3/4 inch.

Going a little slow on this build it seems. Power company CEOs and the stockholders all want their million dollar bonuses and dividends, so I'm reluctant to run the heater out in my studio very much. This is central Florida....no business being 32° every morning !! Mainly been working on the induction for the Geezer8. Here is the manifold roughed out. Parts laid out. Blower manifolds are set up for 3 deuces each. Manifold and heads on the engine

Have the belt on and everything looks fairly good. I can get the carbs set up next, and then move on to the chassis. I have a small piece made for the joining of the plenums, but it's pretty flimsy and will have to be messed with about the last thing.

My meager update. Besides filling a lot of holes and slots in the large RC 'tank', I figgured I needed a grill that was a bit more massive and industrial looking than anything I have in the salvage yard. So, scratch time again.

Got a little time in yesterday while all of my favorite NCAA teams were losing Drivers door will be opening and I want to show an innerpanel for some detail. Imagineering has failed me, this panel looks pretty far off the mark (dang close to hokey). I'll be making a new one as soon as I can locate a reference. Plan to have the bottom half of the lowered window resting on the carrier and visible thru the axcess hole.
